The MX0100A is a small, light-weight, and flexible high performance solder-in probe head optimized for probing high-speed devices. The micro size and flexibility features of this probe head allow you to conveniently probe denser and smaller geometry target devices.
The solderable lead wires of the MX0100A ensure a secure connection to the DUT. The 4-mil diameter lead wires can be adjusted to accommodate targets from 0 mm to 7 mm apart.
It is designed for use with Keysight InfiniiMax Ultra, InfiniiMax RC as well as InfiniiMax I and II probe amplifiers. The bandwidth supported by this probe head differs based on the probe amplifier with which it is used. Refer to the Compatibility table on this page to know about the supported bandwidth.
The MX0100A offers an exceptionally wide operating temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C, making it ideal for environmental testing of a wide variety of high-speed devices.

- Trim Gauge Template - To properly trim the probe head’s lead wires matching your DUT’s geometry
